Long one-piece fishing poles prove to be difficult to transport in heli-fishing mode. It can be done, but you take a real chance on your pole getting broken. Two (or more)-piece rods do great.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
10 pounds baggage per person maximum for tours. Adventure trip baggage limits vary - please inquire with specifics.

ABOUT PRICES
Cost is subject to price changes.

Tour prices listed are for non-stop pre-planned routes. For custom tours, inquire with specifics.

Adventure trip prices listed will provide round-trip travel for one aircraft load. For custom trip prices, inquire with specifics.

Uncompleted flights are at no charge, except when EAH advises that due to existing or forecast conditions completion is not likely and customer chooses to fly at own financial risk.

Other revenue traffic may be carried on a space-available basis, at EAH's benefit, providing the customer is not inconvenienced and receives the service as desired.

DEPOSITS and REFUND TERMS
30% NON-refundable deposit is required for booking. Balance is due upon commencement of your tour or trip. Non-booked tours/trips will be conducted on an aircraft-available basis. Your prepaid deposits may be applied to non-booked tours/trips.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

RAFT RENTAL
Many water adventurists prefer to rent a raft from us upon their arrival, rather than drag theirs clear across the northern hemisphere. We offer a 12-ft Legacy raft with paddles, or a 16-ft Legacy raft with rowing frame and oars. Contact us for further details if you are interested in raft rental.

PERSONAL PREPARATION (During the Summer and Fall)
It is very important that you come to Bristol Bay prepared. There is no substitute for quality gear in the bush. You will want good rain gear, rubber boots, and camp shoes (to kick around camp while the rest of your gear is drying). If you use waders, use a waist-length raincoat with a hood. Hip boots with felt soles are recommended for everyone except those fishermen who wish to use chest waders.

Bring wool or chamois shirts, light-weight underwear, a warm jacket, a warm hat and gloves. Don't forget wool socks.

You will want to bring bug protection. A headnet is a must for most locations, and you will be glad you have lots of good bug dope (the more "DEET" the better. Also, do not rely on electronic-type bug repellant).

Bring along a good fire starting lighter, too.

Don't forget any necessary medication. You should have an extra supply - one for the stream and a standby to leave at camp.

Be sure to remember your still or movie/video camera and lots of film!
